Mostly british synthpop, my favorite songs of all time are dramatic, sweeping, often with beautiful instrumentation, orchestration, and structure. I recommend listening to the high quality versions out of good headphones or an excellent surround speaker system to really appreciate all the gorgeously crafted components. SEXY SAXOPHONE GET IT!!! It’s a weird song and honestly I have no idea if the lyrics make any sense, but it’s soooo good and I love to play it while driving on a summer night on a highway with sparkling city lights in the distance, YUM

Rock and roll and a killer key change during THE LAST PRECHORUS, what a cool place to put a key change, AGH I love this song
Come Undone (La Fin de Siecle ver.) by Duran Duran
An alternate version of Come Undone, which is also cool (listen to that first if you don’t know it for a fun comparison!) this version is slowed, with the entire backing track replaced with minimal strings and a lot of haunting echo and reverb. It’s like, so cool? And hauntingly sensual. Gives me goosebumps.
